About Julie

The Dandy Lion was established in 2003. As a stay-at-home mother of two I

decided to start my own business painting children's decor. It all started when I had

my daughter Jenna and I wanted to decorate her walls in her room to match her bedding.

I started giving gifts to friends who were having babies and from there sparked interest

in others that wanted me to paint for them as well. Soon, I began painting my canvases

and one thing lead to another. Now my business has expanded in many directions and I am getting to do my favorite

things, take care of my two children from home, and paint and design!
